Refund and Returns Policy

We at Maxxmed have formulated each product to deliver best possible results in affordable pricing. We hope you will love our products as much as we love sending it to you.

 But in case you wish to return the product due to an appropriate reason, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.

  • We offer Refund & Replacements in the following case only
    • You received the wrong product, and, 
    • You received a damaged product, and,
    • You received an expired product, and,
    • You have received an empty package.
    • You have received an wrong or different items,

  • In case you have received a wrong, damaged or expired product, please send us an email at support@maxxmed.in requesting return/replacement, along with relevant documentary proof such as pictures and relevant emails, within 3 (seven) days from the date of delivery. No return or replacement will be entertained by us after the expiration of 3 days from the delivery of the product.
  • In cases where you have received a package which seems without weight in the first instance, please record a video of unboxing of the package by you. 
  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled or Refunded. However, orders which have not been shipped can be cancelled.
  • Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps.
  • Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you is verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours and you will receive an confirmation mail.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a Return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Request will not be accepted incase :

  • You didn’t provide Unboxing Video
  • You didn;t provide evidences
  • Or Return Period is over

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Like as ORDER No

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please note that Incase of Return we have right to deduct Shiping charges or additional charges.

Refund & Replacements

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement

If you are approved, then your refund/replacement will be processed,incase of refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that ,issue a Refund or Replacement is the sole decision of the support team.They will issue a Replacement ,if Replacement is not available than only a Refund will be initiated.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account /Credit card Statement again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.You can ask us RRN(Refund Reference No)

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Please note that ,We have complete right to Reject any Return Request without sharing further details.

Incase we notice some suspecious activity with your account or order ,Your account will be completly block and no Return /Refund Requests will be accepted further.
