Delivery Coverage and Processing

  1. Delivery Coverage: Maxxmed deliver products all over india to 27000+ Pin Codes across India.
  2. Shipping Timeframe: Orders are typically shipped within 48 working hours after receipt. Delivery by our logistics partners usually takes 2 to 10 workings days to deliver product to your doorstep. Customers in major cities like Meerut,Pune,Ghaziabad, Mumbai, Kolkata,Delhi and Bangalore can expect delivery within 3 days. Delivery times may vary based on location, accessibility, or unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities.

Delivery and Contact

  1. Delivery Issues: If you haven’t received your order within 10 days, contact us at support@maxxmed.in
  2. Undeliverable Pin Codes: We check deliverability to your location based on the Pin Code at the time of order placement and also subsequently. In case you are able to place your order and subsequently the Pin Code becomes unserviceable, we will cancel your order and refund your money (in case of pre-paid orders) we will try to ship your order with alternative curier partners ,incase we fail to ship we will initiate your full refund within 3 Working days.
  3. Please note that in case of orders where the total value exceeds ₹500, our customer care team may reach out to the customer directly for verification of the order before shipping the same.

Shipping Fees and Special Cases

  1. POD ( Pay on Delivery ) Fee: An additional ₹30 POD handling fee applies for POD Pay on Delivery orders.
  2. Damaged/Different Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us at support@maxxmed.in; refer to our Return Policy. Do not accept the shipment if you see Tampered or open packaging.

Order and Address Handling

  1. Address Accuracy: Ensure full and correct addresses including Pin Code are provided. Orders and addresses cannot be changed post-placement of order. Each order ships to a single specified address.
  2. Order Cancellation: In exceptional cases, orders may be cancelled due to unserviceability, and refunds for prepaid orders will be credited within 48 hours of cancellation.

Delivery Attempts and Multiple Products

  1. Delivery Attempts: Courier partners will make only 1 or 2 attempts. On failure, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery.
  2. Multiple Products: Orders with multiple products may ship in separate packages with individual tracking numbers, potentially extending delivery time.
